The staff were so welcoming, kind, and so nice to our kids. Thank you, Sheila, for being so nice to them and for the toys 🧸 you definitely gave us a great impression of the hotel. We were told what was happening in town and all the services they provided. The rooms were very clean. Lots of room, coffee machine was great. It was quiet. Comfortable bed and soft towels. There are toiletries, and the shampoo and conditioner smell amazing. The whole family loved staying there. Loved that you could press the maid button if your room needed cleaning. The view was absolutely beautiful. We can not wait to come back.

The location was amazing with views of the water, mountains and the bridge. Lots of walking options. We stayed in the family room which was perfect with the kids. Lots of room and a door opening to a deck and small yard. The room was clean and provided everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The Wi-Fi was great. Lots of plug ins for everyone's devices.

Terrific location right on the marina, peaceful and serene. Staff were wonderful, so helpful. We moved rooms to get a water side one (much recommended unless you want to view the carpark) and this was no issue. Arranged everything seamlessly. Pub was lovely with good food and drink. Rooms were very comfortable, the mattress and bedding were first class. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Right on the water, right down the street from downtown, and you can have a good walk down the water to the park area. The restaurant is excellent, and beautiful to sit outside on the deck for dinner. Staff was very kind and accommodating. Room is spacious with a big bathroom.

My breakfast was delicious however upon arrival we were told by the young lady that there is no room because of a Chamber of Commerce group. I left and then my husband went and asked the young man and he showed him to a table. We noted that the young lady kept turning people away and the young man found tables for guests. There was clearly a problem here as there were empty tables. This is very frustrating for guests. Also there was a grad going on so we were not able to have dinner there. Otherwise the food was great, the front desk staff exceptional, and the hotel very nice.

My Partner and I have stayed here several times. We just love it. The staff are wonderful, their customer service is impeccable. I like the fact they offer the environmental option of room service but this isn't pushed. We accepted the voucher on occasion but wanted room service on other occasions and both were accepted without issue. I would recommend this hotel without reservation

Location, and value. We were offered a free kayak ride, and we were given a great room with Lakeview. ALL hotel amenities/finishes have been updated… Unlike a lot of many other hotels that only worry about common areas. We were pleasantly surprised to find that our room was updated and clean!
